I am originally from Poland and came to Ireland after I graduated with masters in computer science. My love was always design, so right after university, I dived into web design. Fast forward, I have been in Ireland for 12 years now and build my career and skills in Dublin.
I have spent first 5 years in a web agency working on design, front-end, and content management system for small to medium size websites. I worked with charity and pharmaceutical sector including companies like World Vision Ireland, Barnardos and Asthma Society Ireland. Last 6 years I spent working as an in-house UX/UI designer focusing on B2C products both on web and mobile. The products include Adverts.ie, Daft.ie as well as a CRM system for Spencer Stuart. In between, I also did some side projects that include design for UXTraining.ie and web application for Synchronoss Technologies.
I am a naturally analytical thinker with a need for visual aesthetics. My empathy allows me to listen and tune in to the users so I can design for their needs.
I champion team collaboration on projects. Working with different people both, their skills and personalities are always enriching everyday life and the final business outcome. I am approachable and respected by teams I have worked with. To watch people using a product I was part of creating brings me the most satisfaction.
Teaching is also another passion, to share my knowledge and help other people grow feels awesome. That's why I mentor designers on trydesignlab.com.
Have a nice day!
